Metal Stud® MSV

Profilé vertical

Le profilé Metal Stud® MSV est un profilé C vertical à utiliser en combinaison avec les plaques Gyproc® destinées au parachèvement intérieur.

Le profilé est laminé à froid suivant NBN EN 14195:2015, en acier zingué (Z100 suivant NBN EN 10346:2015), à structure poinçonnée dépaisseur 1 mm et diamètre 2 mm, distance entre les poinçons de 4 mm. Le profilé est ébarbé, protégé contre la rouille, perforé au minimum de 3 poinçonnages en H arrondi par longueur dun diamètre de 26 mm, pourvu de 3 rainures longitudinales d’une épaisseur de 1,2 mm avec un espacement égal.

Application et avantages:

Le profilé Metal Stud® MSV est destiné à des applications universelles dans le parachèvement à sec et est applicable :

  • comme profilé vertical pour des cloisons et doublages Metal Stud® ;
  • comme profilé porteur pour des plafonds Metal Stud®.

La nouvelle structure poinçonnée de l’acier assure l’ancrage immédiat des profilés : les profilés sont plus fortement ancrés et ne tombent pas, ce qui signifie une hausse de la cadence de pose.
